In addition to that, there are special courses in English, which are not offered every semester. These courses will be announced about 1 month before the semester starts. You can find them here.
Furthermore, it is often possible to do practicals (i.e., courses "Projektpraktikum" and "Praktikum aus ...") in English. Just ask the lecturer.
